Each module provides a turnkey solution for mass flow control based gas delivery to the fuel cell or other device under test. The module includes a fail-safe purge subsystem, a bubble-tight inlet valve, an upstream pressure regulator, and an inlet pressure switch to notify the system when gas is present. The mass flow controller is followed with a reverse flow protection check-valve to prevent contaminants from migrating upstream to the MFC. Front panel display of status provides for quick verification and easy diagnostics. The module comes in a standard rack mount size for simple integration into an existing test stand or as part of a custom configured Fideris Test Stand. Most common uses include gas delivery for fuel cell testing and for environmental chambers.
