  • Two independently mass flow controlled gas streams are mixed before exiting the module
  • Flow rates up to 2500 SLPM per gas
  • All-digital control eliminates analog calibration requirements and inaccuracies
  • Ethernet Interface for simple configuration and expansion!
  • The output from multiple Gas Delivery Modules may be combined to provide dynamically controlled gas flow rates and compositions, including Stoichiometric control
  • System-wide control of all Fideris Test System Components using FCPower Software, Labview, or other programming language
  • Integrated hardwired Run/Standby signal
  • Power Over Ethernet (PoE) for redundant power
  • Front panel LED status of Ethernet communications, inlet gas pressure, gas enabled, and power
  • Pressure regulator on inlet gas line to provide the highest degree of accuracy, and check valves for gas backflow prevention

Each module provides a turnkey solution for mass flow control based gas delivery to the fuel cell or other device under test. The module includes a bubble-tight inlet valve, an upstream pressure regulator, and an inlet pressure switch to notify the system when gas is present. The mass flow controller is followed with a reverse flow protection check-valve to prevent contaminants from migrating upstream to the MFC. Front panel display of status provides for quick verification and easy diagnostics. The module comes in a standard rack mount size for simple integration into an existing test stand or as part of a custom configured Fideris Test Stand. Most common uses include gas delivery for fuel cell testing and for environmental chambers.
